Trelli House

We created the 3D model and rendered the house from a single aerial view in parallel projection. It's not quite a true isometric because the camera is rotated slightly to prioritize the primary facade, and angled low enough to get a sense of the volume in plan while still emphasizing frontality. We never made proper architectural drawings like plans, elevations, and sections, but then we decided that this single view captures all of these things, because the project itself is about orthographically projecting trellises from top view and two side views. After all, the thin black metal trellises did resemble line drawings, so we felt comfortable with relieving ourselves of the responsibility to reconstruct the 3D model in order to create the drawings which are already embedded in the 3D view.
